More cards and tea!

I received five cards today! The first one is from a Round Robins on the forum with Tea. I received tea and a card from Turkey! I really really like this! I love to drink tea and this is a great way to taste tea from all over the world from you very own couch!

This card I won in a lottery! It´s from Finland and I think it is great.

This card is also from the forum, a black and white tag.

And two official postcrossing postcards. The first one is from Canada and the second one from the USA! Both very nice!

USA, Italy and Taiwan!

Wow what a great day! Four cards! The first one is an official one from Taiwan. On the postcard you can see the Dawu-people on Lan-Yu Island inb 1933.


The next three are from the postcrossing forum. It was an unusual round robins. I got two from the USA and one from Italy. I like them all very much!

Israel and Finland

I received two more cards today. This is so much fun! The first one is from Isreal, Jeruzalem.

The second one is again from Finland, but also very beautiful!

Two new cards

Today after I came home I found two cards! The first one is from Japan, this cards shows the Himeji Castle, this castle is in Hyogo prefecture. This castle is world heritage. I received this card with the Europe-Asia Tag.

This card is an official postcrossing card FI-592233. So it is from Finland. It is a card of the sauna's in Finland. You take a bunch of birch twigs into the sauna and gently beat yourself. It emits a nice smell. Back in the old days it was to believed to have healing powers.

Today I received my very first postcard from postcrossing. It is from a 17 year old girl from Finland! Wow this is so much fun! Ow and if anyone can tell me what the text on the cards means, please let me know!

I know that the text means "Oh yeah! The feeling just keeps getting better!".

Starting with Postcrossing

Few days I started with postcrossing. I really really love the idea! Sending and receiving cards from all over the world. How great is it that someone sat down I wrote you a card but you don't know the person. I would like to travel the world through the cards, get travelling ideas and get to know intresting people. In this blog I will show the cards I receive!
